Welcome to Moda Health's maternity program, Growing Together, where we support you through every step of pregnancy and into parenthood. We are here to ease your journey by offering resources to help you through this exciting time with confidence.

What our program offers

Available to Moda Health members in any trimester, our comprehensive program supports expecting parents with a personalized approach to promote a healthy and happy pregnancy.

One-on-one health coaching

No two pregnancies are alike. Gain access to a dedicated health coach who will partner with you to provide support and explore options for how best to meet your changing health needs. Our coaches are here to answer questions and empower you to make decisions throughout pregnancy and after delivery.

Postpartum support

Our support doesn't end when you welcome your little one into the world. We're here to help you as you transition into early parenthood and navigate postpartum self-care.

Peace of mind

Whether you have questions about normal changes to your body, warning signs during pregnancy or healthy eating habits, our team is here to provide reliable information.

Community resources

Explore resources available in your community. From prenatal classes to support groups, we'll help you connect with services to support your journey to parenthood.

When to seek medical attention

It's important to be aware of warning signs during pregnancy that may indicate a need for medical attention. Here are some guidelines to help you recognize when to call your doctor*:

Weeks four to 23

  • Any vaginal bleeding
  • Belly or pelvic pain, other than mild cramping
  • Fever of 100.4 degrees or higher
  • Painful or less frequent urination, or dark-colored urine
  • Vomiting that lasts longer than 24 hours or is worse than it was earlier in your pregnancy
  • Feeling like you might faint or pass out
 

Weeks 24 to 35

  • Belly or pelvic pain, other than mild cramping
  • Headaches with weak muscles, problems seeing or fever
  • Headaches that don’t get better after taking acetaminophen (Tylenol*)
  • Nosebleeds that won’t stop - Burning or pain when you urinate
  • Dizziness
  • Cramping in your leg or foot that won’t go away

Weeks 36 to 40

  • Bleeding similar to a menstrual period
  • Your baby has moved fewer than 10 times in 2 hours
  • Your baby’s movements have slowed down for 24 hours
  • Your water breaks
  • Contractions that become regular or stronger
