How to view and pay your Moda Health bill
Moda Health offers a variety of ways to view and pay your monthly statements. Just select the one that's most convenient for you.
Sign up for eBill
Our Moda Health eBill system lets you view and manage your billing statements and reduce paper waste by accessing invoices online.
Sign up for eBill today to:
- Get paperless statements
- Get email notifications when a new statement is ready
- Get email notifications before payments are due
You can access eBill through your Member Dashboard account. Once logged in to Member Dashboard, click on the eBill tab at the top to begin managing your billing statements online.
Not registered for Member Dashboard?
No problem. Creating a new account is simple. Make sure you have your Moda Health ID card handy and follow the instructions to set up an account.
Two ways to pay online
The eBill system allows you to select a one-time EFT (electronic funds transfer) through your checking or savings account. Or, if you want further automation, you can choose EFT with AutoPay.
If you select AutoPay, all of your Moda Health invoices that are eligible for eBill payment will be paid automatically from the bank account of your choice.
Other payment options
In addition to using eBill to pay your premium, you may pay your bill using any of the following methods:
- EFT - With EFT, payments are automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account on the 5th of each month. Download, print and fill out the Individual (EFT) Authorization agreement, then return the completed form to us.
- Bank bill pay - Visit your bank's website and use their system to make one-time or recurring payments.
- Check or money order - Make checks or money orders payable to "Moda Health" and mail to Moda Health Plan, P.O. Box 4220, Portland, OR 97208-4220. Be sure to include your subscriber ID on your check or money order.
