Benefit Tracker Account Maintenance Help

Contact Person
Each organization is required to assign a contact person on the Electronic Services Agreement. The contact person has the authority to authorize new Benefit Tracker users. There can be up to two contacts for each Tax ID number (TIN). If the contact person ever needs to change, please notify the Benefit Tracker Administrator.
Account Maintenance
The Account Maintenance page allows the contact person to authorize Benefit Tracker access for people in their office. This page is available from the "Accounts" link at the bottom of the New Search page and only accessible by the contact person.
After someone in an office completes the online registration form, the contact person for that office will receive a notification by email. The contact person then goes to the Account Maintenance page to authorize access and give any optional permissions (claims and referrals). Once the person is authorized, the contact person will let them know they can start using Benefit Tracker.
Each person will have a unique user ID and only be given access if they have a business need for the information. If a contact person ever receives a request from someone who should not have access, they should contact the Benefit Tracker Administrator.
The Account Maintenance page also lets the contact person disable or change permissions for people. When someone leaves an office or no longer needs access to Moda Health information, their account should be immediately disabled.
Thank you for helping to protect patient/member information.
