Tier I

When you fill your prescriptions through one of the PeaceHealth pharmacies in the Tier I network, you will receive enhanced benefits. This network includes:

• PeaceHealth RiverBend Outpatient Pharmacy Link
• PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center Outpatient Pharmacy Link
• PeaceHealth St. John Medical Center Outpatient Pharmacy Link

Mail Order Prescriptions: For fewer trips to the pharmacy, consider enrolling in mail-order services through the PeaceHealth Pharmacy to get your medication delivered right to your door. PeaceHealth Pharmacy Mail Order will be your only Mail Order option.

Tier II

The Tier II network includes 50,000+ pharmacies nationwide, so you have more choices.

When you fill your prescription(s) at a Tier II pharmacy, you may have higher out-of-pocket costs than Tier I. That’s because the plans will cover a lower percentage of the costs for prescriptions received from Tier II pharmacies.

Note: For the 2025 plan year, some pharmacies, like CVS, have been removed from the network. We encourage you to use PeaceHealth pharmacies and/or check Find Care before filling your prescriptions.

Please also note: We are still building the customized PeaceHealth pharmacy network directory. PeaceHealth will be your only Mail Order option, Costco or Postal Prescription Services will not be a Mail Order option.
