At Moda Health and Delta Dental of Oregon and Alaska, we’re always looking to be better. As part of our digital accessibility focus, we continually strive to evaluate and update our digital products to make them more inclusive and ensure our partners and members may access important information to help them manage their health.
We have a multi-year roadmap to ensure the technology used in our public-facing websites and portals will meet these accessibility guidelines and have already taken several important steps on our path to improve our accessibility, including incorporating accessibility standards into our digital design system, targeting WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines including display, interactions, and documents. Websites are being optimized to work with NVDA and JAWS screen readers.
