Moda Select Network and Connexus Network

Large group clients headquartered inside the Moda Select service area can choose between:

  • Moda Select Network: A high-value, coordinated care network focused on quality and cost savings
  • Connexus Network: Moda Health’s largest PPO network in the Northwest, covering all of Oregon, Alaska, Idaho and SW Washington

Connexus Network

For members who live inside the Moda Select Network service area in Idaho, the Connexus Network is also available. Connexus is Moda Health’s largest PPO network in the Northwest, spanning all of Oregon, Alaska, Idaho and SW Washington. It’s designed for employers with members across state lines who need broad provider access.

National network access

Large group clients in Idaho with headquarters outside the Moda Select service area will use the Aetna PPO Network through Aetna Signature Administrators (ASA) as their primary network.

Outside of Idaho, the Moda Select or Connexus service areas, members are covered by ASA’s nationwide PPO network, which provides full-service medical care at the in-network benefit level.
