What do Moda Health and the Trail Blazers have in common? A love basketball and promoting healthy, active lifestyles! That's why we team up each year for the Rip City Rally.

From Sept. 16-20, Trail Blazers personalities and Moda Health experts visited five Oregon cities — Coos Bay, Florence, Toledo, Corvallis and Woodburn — to celebrate the Blazers’ new season. The weeklong tour included school assemblies and PE takeovers, career fairs, free family fun, and a chance to meet Trail Blazers favorites like broadcasters Kevin Calabro, Lamar Hurd and Brooke Olzendam, Blaze the Trail Cat, Douglas Fur, and the BlazerDancers
Each city stop wrapped up with a Rip City Fair, featuring a ceremonial Rip City flag raising, local partners promoting healthy, active living, and free family fun for all ages.
"Moda partners with the Trail Blazers for the Rip City Rally because we're passionate about building healthier communities. We both share the same values — better health, physical fitness, and teamwork — because we're at our best when we work together as a team."
- Todd Bosma, Director of Game Operations and Events

We have exciting news to share. ODS is changing its name to Moda Health.
Moda comes from the latin term "modus" and means "a way". We picked it because that's what we are here to do: help our communities find a way to better health.
Together, we can be more, be better.
