Getting care during a disaster
If the Governor of your state, the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services, or the President of the United States declares a state of disaster or emergency in your geographic area, you are still entitled to care from your plan.

Moda Health Medicare Advantage plans will allow you to obtain care from out-of-network providers at the in-network cost-sharing during a disaster.
If your Moda Health Medicare Advantage plan has Part D prescription drug coverage, and if you cannot use a network pharmacy during a disaster, you can fill your prescription drugs at an out-of-network pharmacy. For more information about your medical and prescription drug coverage during a disaster, please contact Member Services.
The pharmacy network and/or provider network may change at any time. You will receive notice when necessary. Always keep your member contact information up to date.

Customer Service is available from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Pacific Time, seven days a week from October 1 through March 31 with the exception of Christmas and Thanksgiving Day. (After March 31, your call will be handled by our automated phone systems Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.)
Customer Service also has free language interpreter services available for non-English speakers.
