Employer Dashboard

Our easy-to-use Employer Dashboard is a self-serve resource that helps employers stay more connected with their coverage. It includes many admin capabilities that are accessible via a unified login. Plus, it accommodates multiple roles with custom permission for tool and data access.

Enrollment and eligibility

Based on benefits and setup, users can:

  • Enroll employees and dependents
  • Terminate coverage
  • Change employee demographics
  • Review employee enrollment information and history
  • Generate an enrollment census for all covered members
  • View information about administrative rules and plan details
  • View Member Handbooks
  • View and/or pay invoices for accounts using eBill
  • Message us securely
  • Request ID cards
  • Make provider selections, when applicable

Corporate Reports

Equal Funded groups can view and download up to 12 months of corporate data on their unique employee population. Use the Employer Dashboard to access your Corporate Reports.

eBill

Moda Health’s invoicing system, eBill, is built into the Employer Dashboard and allows users to:

  • View invoices online
  • Set up auto-payment and payment methods
