Medication search
The decision on which medications are covered is developed and maintained by a group of doctors and pharmacists, called the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. This committee makes decisions based on the information about each medication’s safety, effectiveness and associated clinical outcomes.

Prospective Moda Health members
If you’re shopping for an individual plan, you can use the medication search to look up the potential costs of medications. Just enter your ZIP code, select the plan that you’re considering, and enter the name of the drug. You’ll see if the drug is covered in that plan, pharmacies near you that carry the drug and estimated costs.
If your coverage is through your employer, the medication search can be used to see the full drug list of covered medications. This tool will share the medication tier. Using that information, you can view your plan’s coverage for that medication.
