Group plan options
PPO plans
Our PPO plans combine strong benefits with broad access to contracted physicians and hospitals. Members can see any provider they choose, but they’ll save the most – and enjoy greater access to doctors and geographic coverage – when they use in-network providers.
EPO plans
Exclusive provider organization (EPO) plans create a more personalized care experience while helping employers and members get better value. With EPO plans, all care must be received from in-network providers, except for medical emergencies and retail pharmacy services.
High-deductible health plans (HDHPs)
We also offer high-deductible health plans that are compatible with a health savings account (HSA). Members can set aside tax-free dollars for eligible healthcare expenses and choose the financial institution that works best for their HSA account.
Moda Select Network
The Moda Select network in Texas is built around value-based care, where providers are rewarded for helping patients achieve better health. This means your clients get coordinated, high-quality care with a focus on prevention and long-term health.
Serving Hays, Travis and Williamson counties in the greater Austin area, the Moda Select Network connects your clients with a trusted primary care provider (PCP), specialists, and health system partners to support care that’s both effective and affordable.
Support for therapy and alternative care
For more than 30 years, American Specialty Health Group (ASHG) has connected members to musculoskeletal and alternative care providers nationwide. In Texas, ASHG will help your clients find outpatient providers for occupational, speech, physical and massage therapy, as well as alternative care options like chiropractic and acupuncture.
Peace of mind when traveling
The First Health Network extends care options for clients who live outside the Moda Select service area in Texas, or for in-service area members who need emergency or urgent care while traveling. (Traveling specifically to seek care does not qualify for the travel network benefit.)
