Spring Health makes it easy to get high-quality mental healthcare in an average of 2 days including care navigation, therapy, coaching, self-guided exercises and more. A clinically licensed care navigator can help support and guide you at every step along the way. These services are available via telehealth using phone, tablet or computer

Now you can get therapy on your smartphone through our partner, Meru Health. Completely confidential, this online program is a 12-week treatment program to help with reduce anxiety, stress, depression and burnout. The program offers:
If you have a child with autism or other developmental disorder, access resources to help develop their language and behavioral skills. Gemiini provides resources and support for children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disorders. Gemiini's discrete video modeling program is an evidence-based tool that helps children develop language and behavioral skills. Gemiini coaches are also available to help families make the best use of the tools, and help parents find additional resources to maximize their child's education and development.

If you or an eligible family member is struggling with substance use disorder, Hazelden Betty Ford offers resources that can help. Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation offers an array of resources to help members and their families recover from substance use disorders. Hazelden's "Connection" program offers case management for 11 months following step down from residential treatment to help establish ongoing recovery. Hazelden also offers education for family members including how to identify substance use concerns in teens and what to do when a family member does not want to seek treatment.
