Moda Health Rx gives employers new options in the challenge to control the cost of pharmacy benefits. Moda Health Rx offers fully-funded pharmacy plans, Administrative Services Only (ASO) carve-out plans, fully-funded carve-out plans and pharmacy discount cards. All of these options are designed to give you the financial controls and information you need to help manage the rising cost of prescription drugs.

Moda Health Rx provides secured access to view and print prescription copayments and accumulators so members have a better understanding of the total cost of pharmaceutical care. Our member-based health education initiatives provide members with information on a wide spectrum of chronic disease topics, including diabetes management, heart disease treatment and prevention, breast cancer awareness, stroke prevention, asthma and allergy control, and depression.

Additional reporting flexibility is available to meet individual employer group needs through our custom report capability on an ad hoc basis. The flexible design of our system, and the reporting experience of our knowledgeable clinical and analytics teams, allows for extensive reporting options
